We’re seeking a CNC Machinist III who will be handling complex tasks from drawing to finished part, writing programs, and running prototypes. They will also be responsible for setting up and the operation of CNC equipment for products. The ideal candidate is someone with strong CNC programming and who loves to handle complex tasks. Responsibilities
  • Selects and adjusts settings as needed for optimal performance.
  • Operates manual machines as necessary.
  • Utilizes standard inspection tools (e.g., ring, plug, micrometers, calipers, bore gauges, optical comparator).
  • Writes programs as required for production.
  • Handles a variety of complex tasks with precision.
  • Designs, fabricates, and verifies new tooling and fixturing.
  • Runs and tests prototypes.
  • Actively participates in lean initiatives, design reviews, cost reduction efforts, and cycle time improvements.
  • Adheres to established quality and safety standards.
  • Responds to client inquiries and follows up on calls.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent, with at least 7 years of experience in the field or a related area.
  • Strong knowledge of industry concepts, practices, and procedures.
  • Uses experience and judgment to plan and achieve goals.
  • Works independently with a high level of creativity and autonomy.
  • Demonstrated expertise in programming.
