Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• 3+ years CNC Machining experience.
• Associate's degree or Machinist apprenticeship preferred.
• GCSE/NVQ Math and English is desirable (UK only).

Responsibilities

• Operate and set-up CNC machines within tolerances per work instructions.
• Perform difficult machining including progressive operations on various metals.
• Change dull tooling and adjust offsets as needed.
• Ensure quality using OOQ standards and measurement tools.
• Maintain daily PM and perform basic preventive maintenance.
• Record activities in the job tracking system.
• Identify continuous improvement opportunities and escalate issues.
• Maintain 5S/housekeeping in the work area.
