Job summary

Staff Management | SMX in Libertyville, IL is seeking an experienced Machinist to set up and operate traditional 3-axis mills and 2-axis lathes in a clean, safe manufacturing environment. This temp-to-hire role pays $24.00-$30.00 per hour and follows a Monday–Friday schedule from 6:30 AM to 3:00 PM.

You will work with a great team, enjoy weekly pay and benefits such as medical/dental insurance and optional direct deposit.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Basic knowledge of ERP software.
• 3-5 years of experience or CNC certification plus 1-2 years of experience.
• Basic math skills, trig knowledge preferred.
• May be required to lift up to 50 lbs.
• May be required to stand for long periods of time.

Position Requirements:

Knowledge / Skills / Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent.

• Basic knowledge of ERP software.

• 3-5 years of experience or CNC certification plus 1-2 years of experience

• Basic math skills, trigonometry knowledge preferred.

• May be required to lift up to 50 lbs.

• May be required to stand for long periods of time

Requirements: Background Check, Drug Test, Must be at least 18 years old.Able to Lift 50 pounds., required education: HS Diploma or GED.
