We’re seeking a CNC Machinist II to join our growing team. If you have a keen eye for detail and a strong background in machining, this is a great opportunity to work in a high-performance manufacturing environment producing precision parts for defense, commercial, and environmental industries.

What You’ll Do

Operate CNC 3,4 and 5 axis machines to cut and shape precision parts.

Read and interpret blueprints, instructions, and specifications to ensure accuracy.

Load and unload raw materials safely.

Measure and inspect finished parts using gages and measuring instruments to meet tolerance requirements.

Monitor machine operations, make tool wear offsets, and identify worn or damaged cutting tools.

Is competent to assist in training others.

Works well with minimal supervision.

Maintain a safe, clean, and organized workstation.

Ability to perform detailed inspections and identify defects.

Perform basic machine maintenance and cleaning.

What We’re Looking For

2-3 years minimum of CNC machining experience required.

Ability to read and interpret blueprints and manufacturing instructions.

Proficiency with gages, micrometers, calipers, and other precision measuring tools.

Experience with tool wear offsets, fixturing, and material handling.

Strong understanding of safety protocols and quality standards (AS9100 experience is a plus).

Basic math skills (fractions, percentages, ratios, etc.).

Must be able to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.

Comfortable working in a moderate-to-high noise environment.

Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

Schedule & Pay

Full-time position with 4-day workweeks. Days open Monday – Saturday.

Work Hours: 6:00 AM – 5:00 PM (10-hour shifts scheduled between these hours) (weekend shifts may be required).

Competitive Pay – Based on experience
