Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; 1+ year of relevant experience.
• Ability to obtain Secret Clearance.
• Strong attention to detail and safety practices.
• Proficiency with Solidworks/Inventor or equivalent is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Program, setup and operate CNC live-tool lathes.
• Program, setup and operate 3-, 4-, and 5-axis CNC mills.
• Operate general shop equipment: shears, drills, mills, lathes.
• Program CNC machines using CAM software.
• Review drawings and instructions for accuracy.
• Take precise measurements with calipers and gauges.
• Create fixturing and work-holding for complex parts.
• Maintain tooling inventory and assist quoting with run times.
• Quality check in-process parts to spec; identify maintenance needs.
