Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or equivalent with 2+ years of CNC manufacturing experience or a 2-year machinist program.
• Proficient in reading engineering drawings and change notices; able to use precision measuring devices.
• Experience operating CNC and conventional machine tools and maintaining accurate work records.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate CNC and conventional machine tools.
• Interpret drawings, blueprints, and method sheets for complex parts.
• Maintain records, logs, and reports; ensure tolerances and finishes meet specs.
• Train operators on equipment when needed.
• Collaborate with Manufacturing Engineering and Quality Assurance to meet standards.
