Qualifications

  • 5–7+ years of experience operating CNC machines required.
  • 5–7+ years of programming experience with Mastercam required.
  • Capable of machining precision parts from start to finish.

  • Perform inspection of your own parts using precision measuring instruments.

What You’ll Bring to the Table:

  • 5–7+ years of experience operating CNC Vertical and Horizontal Machining Centers— required
  • 5–7+ years of experience programming withMastercam— required
  • Ability to read and interpret part prints and technical drawings
  • Proficient in calculating dimensions and tolerances using mathematical skills and precision measuring tools such as micrometers and calipers
  • Capable of machining precision parts from start to finish


A Day in the Life:

  • Set up, program, and operate CNC Vertical and Horizontal Milling Centers
  • Performinspection of your own parts
  • Record accurate inspection data using precision measuring instruments
  • Performmultiple short-run jobsincluding frequent setups, changeovers, and tool changes
  • Operate forklifts (we’ll train and certify you)
  • Keep work areas clean, safe, andorganized
