Job summary

Kormachine is seeking experienced CNC Machinists in Texas to own complete machine setups, touch-off tools, and ensure high-quality output from start to finish. You will run CNC mills and lathes and collaborate with programmers, quality, and leadership to keep production moving smoothly.

The role requires several years of hands-on CNC experience, strong blueprint and GD&T skills, and a reliable, detail-oriented mindset to maintain craftsmanship and safety on the shop floor.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of CNC machining experience.
• Hands-on experience touching off tools and adjusting offsets.
• Ability to read blueprints and GD&T.
• Strong focus on quality and consistency.

Responsibilities

• Handle complete machine setups including workholding, tooling, and offsets.
• Touch off tools and adjust offsets during production runs.
• Run CNC mills and/or lathes and monitor machine performance for quality.
• Read and interpret blueprints and GD&T to verify specs.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace.
• Communicate with programmers, quality, and leadership.
