Qualifications

• 2+ years' experience as a CNC Machinist or in a similar role in manufacturing.
• Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings and blueprints.
• Expertise in machine programming and CNC operation.

Responsibilities

• Operate and manage Fanuc CNC machines to drill, grind, mill and similar operations.
• Read blueprints and drawings to understand specifications and required tolerances.
• Translate instructions into precise machine commands for correct function.
• Load raw materials and parts onto machines and set up tooling.
• Inspect finished parts to ensure they meet requirements.
• Test machine operation periodically for smooth performance.
• Perform routine maintenance and minor repairs on machines.
• Maintain clean, safe workspace per company policies and safety rules.
• Collaborate with teammates and supervisors to optimize workflow.
• Contribute to team results and continuous improvement.
