Job summary

WEBCO MFG is hiring a CNC Machinist in Platte City, MO. The role is Monday–Friday, 7:00 am to 3:30 pm, with a pay range of $30.00–$40.00 per hour.

The successful candidate will operate CNC mills and lathes, read blueprints, and ensure parts meet precise specifications. Joining WEBCO MFG means becoming part of a growing, employee-owned company with a strong focus on quality, efficiency, and a supportive work environment.

Qualifications

• 2 years of related experience required.
• Must be able to work 7am–3:30pm, M-F.
• Ability to perform basic math and read measurements.
• Able to read and interpret geometric tolerancing (GD&T).
• Strong precision and attention to detail required.

Responsibilities

• Operate CNC mills, CNC lathes and other equipment to produce parts as needed.
• Read blueprints and inspect parts for quality and specifications.
• Set up machines and adjust as required for different jobs.
• Maintain ISO 9001 compliance in processes and documentation.
• Keep work area clean and equipment in good condition.
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot issues.
