Atlas Staffing is partnering with an aerospace company located in Mesa that designs and manufactures electronic connectors for air and space industries. They are looking to add a talented CNC Machinist to their team!

CNC Machinist Responsibilities:

1. Is knowledgeable in CNC machining and secondary equipment
2. Assists Production Supervisors with all aspects of KPI requirements (Safety, Quality, Delivery, Inventory, and Cost)
3. Active participant and advocate of Lean & 5S culture company-wide
4. Follows “in-process” quality inspections and works with team members to ensure total quality
5. Aids in feedback to planning & engineering to optimize productivity
6. Provides translation service for team members when required
7. Ensures usage of correct gaging, hand measuring tools & metrology equipment to deliver the highest possible quality components for our customers
8. Supports preventative maintenance of equipment and reports machine issues to production supervisor

CNC Machinist Requirements:

1. Minimum 2 years of lathe production experience on CNC & related production equipment
2. Read and understand job layouts, blueprints, schematics, and work from written and verbal job instructions on operations
3. Ability to work on a busy manufacturing floor

Pay: up to $29.00 per hour depending on experience

Shifts:

• 1st: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM
• 2nd: Monday-Friday, 3:15 PM to 11:45 PM
• 3rd: Monday-Friday, 10:30 PM to 7:00 AM
