Job summary

Laborup in Tulsa, OK is hiring CNC Machinists for a climate-controlled shop producing precision industrial equipment. You’ll run 2-axis lathes up to 5-axis mills and mill-turns, with training and a clear path to advanced machines.

Shift options include 2nd and weekend shifts; compensation ranges with a $4,000 sign-on bonus and profit sharing. We offer real training, a trusted local brand in Tulsa, and rapid raises as capability grows.

Qualifications

• 1+ years CNC mill and/or lathe experience.
• Able to measure dimensions with manual tools.
• Desire to grow into setup-heavy work.

Responsibilities

• Setups: Load fixtures and tooling, then select the correct machining program.
• Offsets: Set work coordinates and tool offsets for each new job.
• First Articles: Size in first parts using micrometers, calipers, gauges, and indicators.
• Blueprints: Read complex drawings, symbols, and GD&T tolerances.
• Production: Meet run times while holding tight specifications.
• Troubleshooting: Resolve programming and operation issues at the machine in real time.
