Laborup in the Tulsa metro is hiring CNC Machinists for a climate-controlled, high-mix, low-volume shop. We work with Haas, Doosan, Mazak, Okuma, and Fanuc controls on a variety of mills, lathes, and multi-axis centers to build advanced equipment.

You’ll perform setups, set offsets, verify first articles, and read complex blueprints with GD&T tolerances, ensuring parts meet strict specifications. We offer real training, rapid raises through profit sharing, and a $4,000 sign-on bonus.

Formación

• 1+ years of CNC mill and/or lathe experience.
• Experience performing CNC setups and adjusting offsets.
• Ability to read blueprints and understand machining tolerances.
• Proficiency with micrometers, calipers, and other precision measuring tools.
• Reliable attendance, attention to detail, and a commitment to quality.

Responsabilidades

• Setups: Load fixtures and tooling, then select the correct machining program.
• Offsets: Set work coordinates and tool offsets for each new job.
• First Articles: Size in first parts using micrometers, calipers, gauges, and indicators.
• Blueprints: Read complex drawings, symbols, and GD&T tolerances.
• Production: Meet assigned run times while holding strict specifications.
• Troubleshooting: Resolve programming and operational issues at your machine in real time.
