Shape Technologies Group in Baxter Springs, Kansas, is seeking experienced CNC Machinists for the 2nd shift (Mon-Thu, 3:00 PM - 1:00 AM). Starting at $25.50/hr with a 12% shift differential, plus a $5,000 sign-on bonus, and a four-day work week.

Ideal candidates will set up and operate Citizen Swiss, Captain L370, Mori-Seiki, Haas VF4, or Mazak Integrex machines. The role offers comprehensive benefits, PTO, holidays, and a climate-controlled facility.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 3 years of proven experience setting up and operating one or more listed machines.
• Experience with multiple machine platforms is highly preferred.
• Strong setup experience including tooling, offsets, and workholding.

Responsabilités

• Set up, operate, and troubleshoot CNC equipment.
• Perform complete machine setups with tooling and fixtures.
• Adjust offsets, tooling, speeds, and feeds for quality and efficiency.
• Read blueprints and GD&T to determine requirements.
• Produce precision components meeting engineering specs.
• Perform first-piece, in-process, and final inspections.
• Maintain machine and lubrication; document results.
• Collaborate with programmers, engineers, and team members.
• Uphold safety and ISO/QMS standards.
