Responsibilities
  1. Set-up and run multi axis machines
  2. Control and adjust machine settings (e.g. speed and feeds)
  3. Inspect parts with precision measuring tools
  4. Fix issues that might occur during the shift
  5. Meet job requirements with minimal supervision
Requirements
  1. 5+ years on CNC Mills or CNC Lathes
  2. Working knowledge of high-speed machinery and measurement tools (caliper, micrometer etc.)
  3. Understanding of machining procedures
  4. Adherence to health and safety regulations (e.g. constant use of protective gear)
  5. Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics and manuals
  6. Strong Mathematical Skills
  7. Analytical skills
  8. Attention to detail
  9. Teamwork and communication skills
  10. Physical stamina and strength
  11. High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree is a plus
Preferred, But Not Required Skills
  1. Experience in aerospace industry
  2. Experience with live tooling machines
