Job summary

Custom Marine is seeking a skilled 3rd CNC Machinist at our Neenah, WI facility to set up and operate CNC mills to produce precision parts. The role requires attention to detail, the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and a commitment to quality.

You will work on Doosan or Haas mills, may program using Mastercam, read blueprints, and follow QA procedures. We offer a clean, safe workplace with excellent benefits and a 3rd shift schedule with premium pay and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience operating CNC Vertical and Horizontal Mills such as Doosan or Haas.
• Ability to program Mills by entering instructions, including zero and reference points, setting tool registers, offsets, compensation and proving part programs is a plus.
• Knowledge of programming Mills using MasterCam is a definite plus
• Sound knowledge of blueprint reading and understanding specifications and tolerances
• Ability to follow Quality assurance procedures and processes
• Good communication and interpersonal skills. Must be able to read, write and speak English fluently.
• Maintains safe operations by adhering to safety procedures and regulations

About this position

We are seeking a skilled 3rd CNC Machinist to join our dynamic team at our Neenah, WI facility.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for setting up and operating CNC machines to produce precision parts and components. This role requires a strong understanding of machining processes, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. The CNC Machinist will play a crucial role in ensuring quality and accuracy in our manufacturing operations.
