Job summary

Sonaca North America is hiring CNC Machinists for day and second shifts in St. Charles, MO. You will operate CNC and conventional machines to fabricate parts, load and cycle parts, monitor tool wear, and communicate with the production team to meet quality standards.

The role emphasizes safe, efficient manufacturing in an aerospace-focused facility. Base pay ranges from $22–$30/hr with a +25% second shift premium, offering transparent earnings and opportunities for growth into setup,

Qualifications

• 2+ years CNC machining experience (mills preferred).
• 4-Axis and/or 5-Axis Machining experience strongly preferred.
• Setup experience strongly preferred.
• HS diploma or GED required or must complete pre-employment assessment.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate CNC machining centers (3-axis/5-axis as applicable).
• Check and monitor parts during runs; read blueprints and GD&T.
• Perform in-process inspections to ensure quality; maintain clean, organized work area.
• Complete daily machine maintenance and ensure proper tool and coolant management.
