Job summary

Adecco is seeking a skilled CNC Machinist for immediate placement at a reputable client in Pierceton, IN. You will set up, operate, and maintain CNC equipment to produce high-quality parts in alignment with ISO standards.

Responsibilities include machine setup, adjustment, inspection, and collaboration with the team to optimize production while adhering to safety protocols and quality requirements. This 2nd shift role offers competitive pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 0–2 years of machining experience preferred.
• Knowledge of machining principles, manufacturing processes, and basic GD&T.
• Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings accurately.
• Strong problem-solving, organization, and attention to detail skills.
• Physically able to stand, walk, bend, reach and perform repetitive tasks.
• Capable of pushing/pulling up to 20 lbs and lifting/carrying up to 25 lbs.
• Work environment with moderate to high noise levels, overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Assist with machine setup and calibration to ensure precision and efficiency
• Operate CNC machinery to produce parts according to blueprints and specifications
• Maintain tooling and perform routine machine maintenance
• Inspect finished products and components, identifying any defects, variations, or quality issues
• Ensure adherence to safety protocols and manufacturing standards
• Collaborate with team members to optimize production processes
