Job Description

We are seeking a machinist familiar with turning machines. The candidate will set up and operate a variety of machines in the machine shop, including but not limited to milling, turning, drilling, and grinding. The machinist must be able to work to close tolerances from drawings with little or no guidance.

Second Shift from 2:15pm-10:00pm.

Primary Duties & Responsibilities

1. Sets up machines for machining operations.
2. Operates machines to perform required operations, working from drawings.
3. Checks work using various measuring equipment.
4. Manipulates work pieces using overhead lifting equipment.

Experience & Education

• Previous manufacturing experience (3+ years).
• Willingness to learn.
• Experience with CNC machining.
• Knowledge of CNC setup.
