Who we are looking for

We are looking for CNC Machinists for our 1st and 2nd Shift. As a Machine Operator you would operate CNC (computer numerical controlled) machinery to fabricate parts. Machine Operators run production and non-production jobs, communicate with co-workers, supervisors, and management, follow established Quality Management Systems, and maintain a safe, organized, and clean work environment.

  • 1st Shift: 6am-3:30pm, 5 day work week, Monday-Friday
  • 2nd Shift: 4pm-4:30am, 4 day work week, Monday-Thursday
What you will get to do
  • Safely load and operate vertical and horizontal machining centers (3, 4, and 5 axis machines)
  • Perform daily maintenance on equipment and clean work area after each shift
  • Perform manual deburring operations as needed
  • Follow Process Routing Document and perform inspection per Process Routing Document, legibly recording results of inspection
  • Complete reports and other associated paperwork
  • Communicate with management, supervisor, operators, quality, and other shop personnel for assignments and to resolve machining or quality issues.
  • Follow all applicable Quality Management System procedures, work instructions, and forms
  • Safeguard company, customer, and supplier property (electronic, intellectual, and physical)
What you bring to the team
  • Must have 1-3 years of experience with Vertical/Horizontal CNC Milling
  • High school diploma or GED is required
  • Must have experience reading blueprints and using calipers, height gauges, and micrometers.
  • Proficient with machining operations like drilling, milling, and tapping
  • Familiar with vertical and horizontal machines
  • Demonstrates inspection competence.
  • Demonstrates basic mathematical skills
  • Has both mechanical and technical capacity
  • Fluency in written and spoken English is required
