We are seeking dependable and motivated CNC machinists to join our team. This position is on our 2nd shift (Monday-Friday, 3:30PM - Midnight).

We offer competitive pay, comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, and 401K match. Additionally, we provide quarterly profit sharing bonuses and annual attendance bonuses ($600-$1200). We believe in empowering our team members through high-performance cross-functional teams and Lean activities. Overtime availability is required.

Hourly rate: $28.08 - $30.52

Responsibilities
  1. Utilize various CNC machines to create parts for hydraulic pumps.
  2. Assemble or test hydraulic pumps and motors.
  3. Plan, perform, and decide the sequence of operations based on job packets and work instructions.
  4. Resolve problems to meet specifications and ensure documented actions are completed.
  5. Maintain equipment operational status by alerting Quality Control or Maintenance for preventive maintenance.
  6. Follow established procedures to ensure product quality and safety standards.
  7. Provide on-the-job and cross-training to enhance team flexibility.
  8. Assist in troubleshooting quality issues and communicate pertinent information to supervisors and team members.
  9. Participate in continuous improvement activities and other duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications
  1. High School Diploma / GED.
  2. Experience in manufacturing, especially with CNC machines.
  3. Strong troubleshooting skills and technical ability.
  4. Experience with hand tools and basic measuring instruments.
  5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  6. Basic computer skills.
  7. Willingness to work overtime and weekends as needed.
  8. Availability for 2nd shift (3:30PM - Midnight, Monday-Friday).
