Custom Marine Inc is seeking a skilled 2nd Shift CNC Machinist in Neenah, WI. You will set up and operate CNC machines to produce precision parts, read blueprints, and ensure adherence to quality standards in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years’ experience operating CNC Vertical and Horizontal Mills (Doosan, Mazak, Haas, Yam or SMG).
• Ability to program Mills by entering instructions and offsets; Proving part programs is a plus.
• MasterCam programming knowledge is a definite plus.
• Blueprint reading and tolerance interpretation.
• Ability to follow QA procedures and maintain safety.

Salary Range: $24.11 To $31.51 Annually

We are seeking a skilled 2nd Shift CNC Machinist to join our dynamic team at our Neenah, WI facility.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for setting up and operating CNC machines to produce precision parts and components. This role requires a strong understanding of machining processes, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. The CNC Machinist will play a crucial role in ensuring quality and accuracy in our manufacturing operations.

Candidate must have the following qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience operating CNC Vertical and Horizontal Mills such as Doosan, Mazak, Haas, Yam or SMG
• Ability to program Mills by entering instructions, including zero and reference points, setting tool registers, offsets, compensation and proving part programs is a plus.
• Knowledge of programming Mills using MasterCam is a definite plus
• Sound knowledge of blueprint reading and understanding specifications and tolerances
• Ability to follow Quality assurance procedures and processes
• Good communication and interpersonal skills. Must be able to read, write and speak English fluently.
• Maintains safe operations by adhering to safety procedures and regulations
