Job summary

Award Staffing is seeking a CNC Machinist in Shakopee, MN. This role offers a competitive pay rate of $23.00 - $40.00 per hour, with a schedule of 2nd Shift, Monday-Thursday from 3:30 PM to 2 AM.

The ideal candidate will have the ability to set up and inspect CNC equipment, operate machinery efficiently, and possess strong attention to detail. Benefits include paid holidays and sick time, a 401(k) plan, and a Minimum Essential Coverage (MEC) Plan.

Qualifications

• Must have dependability and a willingness to assist other departments as needed.
• Experience in machine operation and tool inspection is essential.
• Physical stamina to stand for prolonged periods is required.

Responsibilities

• Setting up, offsetting, tool changes, and inspecting machinery.
• Operating CNC machines for production.
• Managing deburring, grinding, and other finishing processes.
