About the Opportunity

Job Title: CNC Machine Operator • Pay Rate Range: $19.00–$23.00 per hour • Location: Rogers, MN • Schedule: 2nd Shift Monday–Thursday 3:00 PM–1:30 AM • Position Type: Temp to Hire

Requirements and Qualifications

• High School Diploma
• Organizational skills

• Basic knowledge about CNC machines/CNC mill operations

• Must be able to stand during the entire shift and lift at least 40 pounds
• Ability to lift 75 pounds
• Must be able to effectively communicate both verbally and in writing
• Good work ethic and attendance is a must

Duties and Responsibilities

• Operate a CNC lathe or CNC mill while maintaining quality and safety standards
• Prepare and load raw materials and parts into machines
• Learn to adjust the machine controls
• Pay close attention to detail to produce good parts
• Use decent math skills and mechanical aptitude
• Examine blueprints and use inspection equipment such as calipers and micrometers (training available)
