Job summary

King Machine, LLC, located in Mukilteo, WA, seeks a Second Shift Machinist to run a Matsuura 5-Axis cell and handle setup and operation of multi-axis CNC machines.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of CNC setup experience and can program/inspect tight tolerance parts. The role offers competitive hourly pay, comprehensive benefits, 401(k) with match, and PTO/holiday pay.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate multi-axis CNC machines (mills and lathes) up to 5-axis capability.
• Complete machining operations from blueprints, drawings, and instructions.
• Work with complex, tight tolerance parts and multiple materials.
• Monitor quality and verify dimensional requirements per print.

Aerospace Machine Shop is looking for a Second Shift Machinist to run a Matsuura 5-Axis cell.

Shift Hours:

Monday – Thursday 4 PM to 2:30 AM, OT as needed

We are looking for someone with 5+ years of CNC Set Up Experience. Pay Range:

0-5 Years CNC Operation, but no set up $19-$23/ hour

0-2 Years CNC Set Up, with CNC operation experience $21-25/ hour

2-5 Years CNC Set Up, with CNC operation experience $25-30 / hour

5+ Years CNC Set Up, with CNC operation experience $26-36 / hour

Basic Qualifications:

5+ years of experience in set up, operation and/or programming of CNC mill machines

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

• Set up and operate multi-axis CNC machines (mills and lathes) up to and including 5-axis mills
• Complete machining operations from blueprints, drawings and/or written instructions
• Work with complex, tight tolerance parts and various materials
• Monitor quality and workmanship, verification of dimensional requirements to print.
