Job summary

Premier Tech, a world-class leader in industrial packaging equipment, is seeking a CNC Machinist to join our Montgomery facility. You will program, operate and maintain CNC mills, laser and bending machines in a fast-paced, safe environment.

The role requires experience in industrial machining, ability to read drawings, work with Fanuc G-code, and strong math and measuring skills. We offer a sign-on bonus, comprehensive health plans, 401(k) and career development.

Qualifications

• Experience as a machinist in an industrial environment.
• Ability to program equipment using Fanuc G code.
• Ability to read calipers and tape measures.

Responsibilities

• Reviewing samples, drawings or instructions to understand specifications of output.
• Programming, operating and maintaining a CNC mill, a bending machine and a laser machine.
• Planning the sequence of necessary actions for the completion of a job.
• Taking measurements and marking material for cutting or shaping.
• Determining and programming size of batches and speed of machines.
• Checking output to ensure consistency with specifications and discard defects.
