Job summary

Qualifications

• Must have CNC machining knowledge and reading blueprints or GD&T.
• Strong troubleshooting and measurement interpretation abilities.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision and in a fast-paced shop environment.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate CNC machines (mills and lathes) with minimal supervision.
• Interpret complex blueprints and GD&T to produce precision parts.
• Perform in-process inspections using calipers, micrometers, gauges, and CMM.
• Identify and troubleshoot minor machine or process issues and escalate as needed.
• Maintain production and quality documentation and ensure parts meet customer specs.
