Job summary

Precision Edge Surgical Products Company LLC in Indiana is seeking a skilled CNC Machine Operator to set up and run CNC equipment, read blueprints, and verify parts to meet customer specifications. You will work 2nd shift (2pm–10pm) or 3rd shift (10pm–6am) with a 17% shift premium.

Qualifications

• Must read and interpret blueprints and drawings.
• Experience setting up and running CNC equipment.
• Ability to perform routine setups and tool adjustments.
• Strong math and measurement skills for quality checks.
• Good documentation and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate CNC/manual machining equipment.
• Perform routine machine setups and programming adjustments.
• Conduct in-process inspections and document results.
• Maintain a neat, safe work area and proper tooling.
• Alert supervisor to any process nonconformances or safety issues.
