TMCO Inc. is seeking highly skilled full-time CNC Machinists to set up, operate, and maintain CNC equipment in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. The role includes reading blueprints, performing precision measurements, and maintaining quality across first and second shifts.

Minimum two years of machining experience are required, with a preference for technical college or trade school education in machining. Overtime may be available, and benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years of machining experience.
• Technical college or trade school education in machining or related field preferred.
• CNC programming experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate CNC machines, including mills and lathes.
• Monitor machine performance and make necessary adjustments to maintain efficiency and quality.
• Inspect parts to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications.
• Perform routine and preventive maintenance on machines and equipment.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area and follow all safety procedures.
