Job summary

Aerotek is seeking a skilled Machinist to join our team in Saginaw, MI. The role offers a Monday–Friday schedule with options for 6:00 AM–2:30 PM or 7:00 AM–3:30 PM, and training shifts from 7:00 AM–3:30 PM.

You will operate CNC Mills or Lathes, set up from blueprints, and work with G/M codes or Mastercam. Ideal candidates have CNC experience, tool selection skills, and the ability to run 1–300 piece orders with multiple daily setups.

Qualifications

• Experience reading blueprints and machining.
• Proficient with calipers and micrometers.
• Experience setting up machines and selecting tools.
• Experience with CNC, lathe, grinder, and mill operations.

Job Title: Machinist

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Machinist to join our team, with a flexible schedule of Monday to Friday, either from 6am to 2:30pm or from 7am to 3:30pm. During training, new employees will work from 7am to 3:30pm. The role involves operating CNC Mill or CNC Lathe, working with both manual and CNC machines, and setting up machines using blueprints, tooling selection, G code, M code, or Mastercam software.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $21.00/hr.
