Lindel Precision CNC Machining, part of P4Swiss, is seeking a CNC Machinist for our Tucson, AZ shop. You will set up, operate, and monitor multi-axis CNC machines to produce precision components from engineering drawings.

The CNC Machinist is a full-time, on-site position based in Tucson, AZ. This role is responsible for setting up, operating, and monitoring CNC machines to produce precision components according to engineering drawings and specifications. Daily tasks include selecting tools and materials, loading programs, performing test runs, and making adjustments to ensure parts meet tight tolerances and quality standards. The CNC Machinist will inspect parts using measurement tools, document production results, and collaborate with engineering and quality teams to resolve machining issues and improve processes. Additional responsibilities include maintaining equipment, adhering to safety and cleanliness standards, and supporting both production and R&D machining activities as needed.
