Candidates should have 5+ years of CNC experience, be proficient with Okuma and Fanuc controls, and able to work 10-hour shifts on a 4-day week in a climate-controlled environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years CNC machining experience.
• Experience operating and setting up CNC lathes and mills.
• Ability to read blueprints and GD&T.
• Proficient with G-code and program editing.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and adjust CNC lathes and mills.
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and manufacturing specifications.
• Select and install tooling, fixtures, and workholding devices.
• Perform offsets, tool changes, and program edits.
• Inspect finished parts to ensure quality and dimensional accuracy.
• Utilize precision measuring instruments, including calipers, micrometers, bore gauges, and indicators.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Collaborate with engineering and quality teams to resolve machining issues.
• Perform basic machine maintenance and troubleshooting.
