**Job Details:**

• Full-time position with day shift (Monday - Friday, 6:00 am to 4:30 pm) and night shift (Monday - Thursday, 4:15 pm - 4:45 am) with a 16% night shift premium.
• Starting pay ranges from $17.00 to $30.00 per hour, depending on experience.
• Benefits include PTO upon hire, Medical, Dental, Vision after 90 days, and 401K after 6 months.

**Overview:**

As a CNC Machinist at Merrill: A Keel Company, you'll operate CNC machines to manufacture complex, tightly-toleranced components, adhering to quality and delivery deadlines. On-the-job training is provided.

**Key Responsibilities:**

• Perform advanced setup and adjustments on CNC machines based on provided programs.
• Operate CNC equipment to perform complex machining operations.
• Adjust speeds, feeds, and programming as needed.
• Check parts for conformance to specifications.
• May run multiple units simultaneously.

**Physical & Work Environment:**

Some heavy lifting (up to 50 lbs with assistance), bending, stooping, and twisting are required. The environment involves exposure to oils, debris, fumes, and noise, with PPE required at all times. The shop is climate-controlled.

**Requirements:**

• High School Diploma or GED required; Associate degree preferred.
• 2-5 years of related experience, preferably in diverse industries like Mining, Aviation, Defense, etc.
• Experience working from blueprints, sketches, and with GD&T.
