Randstad USA in Rockford, TN is hiring two CNC Machinists for direct hire with full benefits. Positions require 2+ years operating and setting up CNC mills, lathes and drilling machines, with flexibility to train on day shift then move to the second shift (4 PM–2:30 AM).

Salary ranges from $54,000 to $60,000 per year plus benefits. This role emphasizes precision, adherence to prints, and safe, efficient machine operation on a four-day workweek Monday–Thursday.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Set up CNC lathes, CNC mills, and drilling machines per prints to perform precision work
• Read prints or drawings to produce various items
• Produce precision parts beyond operator capabilities
• Perform prescribed preventive maintenance on machines per PM charts
• Milling, turning, drilling, tapping, deburring, bench operations, and inspection

A Rockford, TN manufacturer is adding 2 CNC machinists to the team! These are Direct Hire positions with full benefits available. Ideal candidates will have at least 2 years of experience with operating and setting up CNC mills, lathes and drilling machines. Must be flexible to train on day shift then move to 2nd shift. Monday-Thursday 10 hour shifts!

Responsibilities

• Follow print specifications to set up machines such as CNC lathes, CNC mills, drilling machines, etc., and to operate these machines for precision work.
• Workfrom prints or drawings to produce a variety of items.
• Produceprecision items beyond the capabilities of production machine operators.
• Performprescribed preventative maintenance on machines as required per the P.M. charts.
• Must be able to successfully perform the following tasks: milling, turning, drilling, tapping, deburring, bench operations, and inspection
