Our client, a global leader in metals manufacturing, has an immediate need for an experienced CNC Machinist, to join their winning team in Rockaway.

Our candidate of choice will be familiar with turning machines. You will set‑up and operate a variety of machines in machine shop, including but not limited to milling, turning, drilling, grinding etc. You will work close to tolerances working from drawings with little or no guidance.

Key Responsibilities

• Set up and operate CNC machines (mills, lathes, or multi‑axis machines)
• Load programs, install tooling, and set work offsets
• Read and interpret blueprints and work instructions
• Monitor machine operations and make necessary adjustments
