Responsibilities

• Set up and operate CNC lathes (or mills) for production and job shop work.
• Program and edit CNC programs at the machine.
• Read and interpret blueprints and customer specifications.
• Select tooling, offsets, speeds, and feeds.
• Perform first-piece and in-process inspections using precision measuring equipment.
• Troubleshoot machining and quality issues.
• Maintain productivity, quality, and safety standards.
