Pay & Schedule


Pay: $17-$35 per hour, based on experience


Schedule: Monday - Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM


Employment Type: Direct Hire



What You'll Do



  • Program and operate CNC machines, including lathes, milling machines, grinders, and more

  • Set up machines per specifications: select tools, load materials, and fine-tune settings

  • Read and interpret technical blueprints, schematics, and drawings

  • Inspect finished parts using calipers, micrometers, and gauges to ensure quality standards

  • Perform deburring using knives, grinders, and buffers

  • Maintain machines and troubleshoot any machining issues

  • Manually machine parts as needed (manual machining experience is a plus)

  • Operate forklifts and hoists for safe material handling

  • Maintain a clean and organized workstation and adhere to all safety policies

What You Bring



  • Minimum 1 year of CNC programming and machining experience

  • Ability to read and troubleshoot using technical drawings and blueprints

  • Proficiency with precision measuring tools

  • Strong computer skills and ability to detect and correct errors

  • Ability to regularly lift 50 lbs and perform physical tasks throughout the shift

  • Resume and solid work history with great professional references required
