Job summary

DBS Staffing Services, Inc. is seeking a skilled CNC Machinist to set up, operate and maintain CNC lathes and mills, producing precise parts in a fast-paced environment.

You will read blueprints, verify with calipers and micrometers, adjust tooling and parameters, and work with engineers to optimize processes while adhering to safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; CNC certification preferred.
• Proven experience operating CNC lathes and mills.
• Strong understanding of G-code and machine setup.
• Ability reading blueprints and technical drawings.
• Experience with calipers and micrometers for measurements.
• Attention to detail and quality workmanship.
• Team player with good communication.
• Willingness to work shifts and overtime.

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and maintain CNC machines to produce high-quality parts according to specifications.
