Qualifications

• 2+ years CNC milling and/or lathe experience.
• Independent machine setup experience.
• Strong blueprint reading skills.

• Precision measuring tool experience.
• Basic CMM inspection experience.
• Reliable attendance.
• Preferred: hands-on 5-axis machining experience.
• Preferred: DMG, Makino, Mikron, or Robodrill experience.
• Preferred: ISO 9001 manufacturing experience.

Responsibilities

• Machine Setups: Perform independent setups and fixture changeovers.
• Machine Operation: Run multiple CNC machines during each shift.
• Tool Offsets: Make wear offsets and process adjustments.
• Quality Inspection: First-piece and in-process inspections.
• Precision Measurement: Verify dimensions with precision measuring equipment.
• Blueprint Reading: Interpret drawings and complex job instructions.
• Documentation: Record inspection results and production data in Epicor.
• Operator Maintenance: Maintain coolant, lubrication, and machine readiness.
