Trillium Staffing is now seeking CNC Machinists for direct-hire placement!

Average Starting Pay Range for entry level machinists $17.55 - $28.00, higher level machinists can earn more! 30% Weekend Shift Premium Friday through Sunday 5:00 am to 5:30 pm. PTO upon hire, Medical, Dental, and Vision Benefits are offered after 90 days of employment, 401K after 6 months

Job Functions

• Performs advanced setup operations
• Adjusts and checks out programming
• Operates CNC machine tools to perform complex series of progressive machining operations on a diverse line of work
• Check parts for conformance to specifications
• May run more than one unit simultaneously

Qualifications

• High School Diploma
• Associate’s degree in Machine Tool preferred
• Specific evidence of supervisory training
• Two (2) to five (5) years of experience in related position in the machine tool industry
• Job Shop or Prototype experience, experience with cranes and hoists
• Experience in machining for a very diverse industry base like: Mining, Aviation, Defense, Rail, Shipbuilding, Heavy Equipment, Gas & Oil and Machine Building
• Experience in machining large and complex work
• Ability to work from blueprints, sketches, and written specifications
• Knowledge of GD&T and ISO 9001
