Qualifications

• Experience operating manual or CNC machine tools to produce precision parts.
• Ability to read blueprints, schematics, diagrams or technical orders.
• Ability to measure dimensions with precision measuring instruments.
• Set up and adjust CNC machines and related equipment.

Responsibilities

• Operate manual and automated machine tools to produce precision parts and instruments.
• Maintain and repair machine tools and equipment.
• Read blueprints, schematics, diagrams, or technical orders to determine the operation.
• Measure dimensions of finished workpieces to ensure conformance to specifications.
• Set up and adjust machines such as CNC lathes, CNC mills, Multi-Spindle Screw Machines and Grinding Machines.
