We’re looking for a skilled and detail-oriented CNC Operator to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for operating CNC machinery to produce high-quality components with precision and efficiency. If you have a passion for machining, a strong mechanical aptitude, and an eye for detail, we want to hear from you!

A CNC Operator, or CNC Machinist, operates computer numerical control (CNC) machines to produce machined parts according to established parameters and specifications. They may also perform inspections of industrial machines and work areas, and calibrate machines to proper operating levels.

Responsibilities

• Operate CNC machines and related industrial equipment such as grinders, borers, and hydraulic presses.
• Fit and install tools and machine attachments needed for specific jobs.
• Set up and calibrate machinery according to specifications.
• Determine and set appropriate speeds and tolerance levels.
• Read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.
• Inspect and monitor workflow to ensure compliance with quality standards.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area; perform routine maintenance and inspections on equipment.
• Create daily work plans to maximize efficiency and minimize downtime.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a CNC Operator or Machinist.
• Strong understanding of machine setup, calibration, and tooling.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and part drawings.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
• Basic math and measurement skills.
• Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy materials as needed.
• High school diploma or equivalent; technical training or certification is a plus.
