CNC Mill Operator is needed in North Houston near IAH. The role requires HAAS XP experience, G-code interpretation, and independent setup and operation of HAAS/Fanuc machines.

Qualifications

• 3+ years CNC machining experience preferred.

• Read, edit, and interpret G-code.
• Own measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, gauges).

CNC MILL w/HAAS XP & CNC Lathe Fanuc Controls (read and interpret G CODE)

Location: North Houston, TX (Near IAH Airport)

Shift: Second Shift

Employment Type: Full-Time

Tier One Personnel is hiring experienced CNC Mill Operators for a busy manufacturing facility in North Houston near IAH. We are seeking skilled machinists who can perform setups, edit programs, and run parts independently.

This is a long-term opportunity with steady hours and significant overtime, including weekends.

CNC Mill Operator (HAAS XP)

Required Experience:

• HAAS Mills (HAAS XP preferred)
• Setup and program editing
• 3 & 4 Axis Vertical Experience
• G-Code Fixtures
• Previous O&G XP
• Read, edit, and interpret G-code
• Perform complete machine setups independently
• Troubleshoot and make program offsets as needed
• Own measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, gauges, etc.) preferred
