Job summary

Mesa Manufacturing Solutions in Houston, TX is seeking a skilled CNC Machinist to read blueprints and set up CNC mills and lathes for production runs. You will interpret operation sheets, select tooling, and ensure part accuracy through GD&T and precise measurements.

In this role you will monitor machine performance, adjust controls for cutting speed and feed, perform routine maintenance, and uphold strict safety standards in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of experience operating CNC mills or lathes.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
• Basic math skills (fractions, decimals, measurements).
• Competence in CNC machine setup and operation.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a physically active environment.
• Reliable, self-motivated, and effective in a team environment.
• Clear verbal and written communication skills.
