Job summary

AS Talent Advisors is seeking an experienced CNC Machinist for a Fort Wayne, IN shop. This long‑standing employer values craftsmanship and retention, with many machinists here staying 20+ years.

You will set up and troubleshoot CNC mills and lathes, diagnose issues, and keep jobs running efficiently in a high‑mix environment. Salary is $27-$30/hr with benefits, 1st shift 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM, Monday‑Friday.

Qualifications

• Experience as CNC Machinist in a shop environment.
• Ability to set up and troubleshoot CNC mills and lathes.
• Diagnose machining and production issues.
