Job description

Are you a skilled CNC Machinist with a passion for precision and quality? We're looking for a motivated professional with 1-2 years of experience to join our team and help produce high-quality stainless-steel parts. Location: 611 Sugar Creek Road Delavan, WI 53115-1337

Pay rate: $26 - $29/hr. (Shift Premium $2.50 for second shift)

Schedule: 3pm - 11pm



CNC Machinist essential tasks:

• Load, edit, and simulate CNC programs using "dry-run" prior to production.


• Make CNC offset adjustments to ensure accurate first-piece production.


• Interpret work orders to determine correct work center, tooling, and programming.


• Set up machines by installing appropriate tooling and fixtures.


• Use precision measurement tools (CMM, calipers, micrometers) to inspect parts.


• Complete statistical process control (SPC) reports and document inspections.


• Collaborate with engineering to support process improvements and report tooling/material issues.

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of machining, setup experience


• Preferred: Technical degree or relevant certification. Mori Seiki, Hitachi Seiki, Okuma, Fanuc, G&M Code.
