VAL-CO is a leader in commercial poultry, egg, and swine production equipment, specializing in world-famous poultry watering and feeding systems. We are currently looking for a Full-Time CNC Machinist in the Coldwater, Ohio facility. Enjoy a 4 DAY WORK WEEK!

1st Shift Openings for CNC Machinist

60 Hours of PTO as well as 1 Floating Holiday after completion of probationary period

PAID WEEKLY

Quarterly Bonuses

Starting pay based on experience


Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Safely/properly setup and operate cutting & machining equipment including CNC machines, etc.
  • Meet expectations for efficiency, utilization, and quality standards.
  • Monitor the applications and use of perishable tools.
  • Properly complete all required paperwork.
  • Maintain and provide a safe, orderly, and clean work area.

Requirements:

  • Good understanding of machining tools and equipment.
  • Sufficient in the reading of CAD drawings and blueprints.
  • Sufficient in the use of all Machinist measuring & inspecting tools.
  • Possess a good quality and safety conscious attitude.
  • Basic knowledge of CNC machining principles and programming.
  • Dependable and capable of meeting attendance expectations.
