CINC Industries in Carson City, NV is seeking a motivated CNC Machinist to join a growing team. The role offers a 4-day work week, competitive pay up to $35 per hour, and a comprehensive benefits package.

You will operate CNC and conventional machines, read drawings, and ensure parts meet specifications. With 2+ years of experience, you’ll contribute to high-end components for critical industries and grow within the company.

Qualifications

• Reading and interpreting drawings, travelers and specifications.
• Establishing machining parameters from travelers with limited supervision.
• Operating conventional and CNC machines (lathes, mills, grinders) to produce parts.

Responsabilités

• Set up machining parameters for fixtures, speeds, feeds, and sequence.

As a CNC Machinist with CINC Industries, your essential functions will include:

• Reading and interpreting drawings, sketches and travelers for part specifications

• Establishing parameters for machining components from the traveler (i.e., fixtures, machining aids, speeds and feeds, and sequence of operations with limited supervision).

• Operating conventional and CNC machine tools such as lathes, milling machines, and grinders to machine metallic and non-metallic components

• Observing operation of machine and verifying conformance of machined part to specifications using calibrated measuring devices

• Conferring with engineers, production personnel, programmers and others to resolve machining or assembly problems

• Providing input to improve processes and create efficiencies
