Job summary

Torrey Holistics in Brookville, PA, is seeking an experienced CNC Machinist to program, set up, and operate machines that produce drilling and geotechnical components with tight tolerances. The ideal candidate has 3+ years CNC experience, strong G-code skills, and the ability to mentor junior operators while maintaining accurate production records in a fast-paced environment.

You will work with steel, aluminum and specialty alloys, inspect parts to blueprints, and support continuous improvement

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 3+ years CNC machining experience.
• Proficiency in G-code programming.
• Ability to work to tight tolerances (±0.001").
• Experience with CAM software is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Program CNC machines using G-code and CAM software.
• Perform complex setups, fixturing, tooling selection, and offsets.
• Machine close-tolerance parts from steel, aluminum, and alloys.
• Inspect finished parts to blueprint specifications.
• Troubleshoot machining issues and implement corrective actions.
• Mentor CNC Operators and Assistants; maintain records.
