Job Details

We are looking for a CNC Machinist to set up and run CNC equipment producing precision parts for energy-sector customers. We have openings for both developing machinists and experienced setup machinists, with pay based on skill level.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate CNC lathes and/or mills to produce parts to print and tolerance
• Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and GD&T
• Select tooling, set offsets, and make adjustments to maintain quality
• Inspect parts using calipers, micrometers, bore gauges, and other precision measuring tools
• Edit basic G-code programs and troubleshoot machining issues (experienced level)
• Maintain a clean, safe work area and perform routine machine maintenance
• Follow shop safety and quality procedures

Qualifications

• 1+ years of CNC machining experience (lathe and/or mill); experienced setup machinists strongly encouraged to apply
• Ability to read blueprints and work to tight tolerances
• Proficiency with precision measuring instruments
• Experience with Fanuc, Haas, Mazak, or similar controls a plus
• Oilfield / energy-sector machining (threading, API connections) a plus
• Reliable, safety-minded, and able to work on-site in Belle Chasse, LA
